Where you provide MCIPL with your personal data, by email, through our websites or offices, we will use our best efforts to ensure that the information you submit to us remains private and is only used in accordance with this policy. By providing us with your personal data, you also consent for us to collect, hold, use and disclose your personal data in accordance with this policy.

    In order to carry out our business as IT Recruitment Consultants, MCIPL may collect your personal information from you, including but not limited to your name, contact details, qualifications, work history, your right to work in a particular city or state, language skills, professional qualifications and memberships, your work objectives and other information from your resume. If you are to be considered for a particular position, we may also collect references from your nominated referees. All the personal data we collect is held, used and disclosed for the purposes set out below.

    Data Security

    The Company takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. Our hosting company servers are protected by multiple security layers. All emails are encrypted. All passwords used are strong and server access is logged and controlled via policies. Off server backups are also encrypted. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job for example, our website coordinator, consultants, our accounts clerk or a marketing assistant are granted access to your information.

    The Company uses all reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information. However, you should be aware that the use of email/ the Internet is not entirely secure and for this reason the Company cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via email/ the Internet. If you share a device with others, we recommend that you do not select the “remember my details” function when that option is offered.
